Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DzynHub ("the Service"), operated by DzynHub LLC, a Washington State limited liability company located at 522 W Riverside Ave, Ste N, Spokane, WA 99201, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DzynHub is a project management and client collaboration platform designed for freelance designers and creative professionals. The Service includes features such as project tracking, client portals, proposal management, revision workflows, moodboards, and file delivery.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

DzynHub offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your account to another party.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to DzynHub, including project files, designs, and client materials. By uploading content, you grant DzynHub LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. DzynHub's platform, branding, and software are the exclusive property of DzynHub LLC.

7. Client Portal

DzynHub provides a client-facing portal feature that allows you to share projects with your clients. You are solely responsible for the content shared through the client portal and for your clients' use of the Service through your account. Your clients' access is governed by your agreement with them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DZYNHUB LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DZYNHUB LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account at any time by going to Settings → Profile → Delete Account. You will be prompted to type DELETE to confirm. Upon confirmation, all your projects, proposals, files, and associated data will be permanently and immediately deleted and your session will be terminated. This action is irreversible — we strongly recommend exporting any important data before proceeding.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination by us, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
