5. Client Data

When you share project information with your clients through the DzynHub client portal, you are responsible for ensuring that your clients are aware of how their data is handled. Your clients' names and email addresses are stored as part of your project records and are not used by DzynHub for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app at any time by going to Settings → Profile → Delete Account. Upon confirmation, your projects, proposals, files, and account data are immediately and permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. Any remaining authentication records are purged within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.

To exercise the right to deletion, you can delete your account directly in the app at Settings → Profile → Delete Account. For all other rights, please contact us using the information in Section 12.

• The right to request deletion of your personal information.
